PRICING

NOC follows pricing policies in accordance with dealer contracts and industry standard MSRP pricing. When the NOC Outfitters Shop sells you an item, we charge your credit card when your order is placed.

NOC makes every effort to assure the accuracy of the pricing and product information on our website. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices are subject to change without notice and prices found to be in error due to typographical error or hardware/software error will not be honored.

 

PRICE MATCHING POLICY

Nantahala Outdoor Center Outfitters is the leader in Paddlesports and will match any competitor prices nationwide on any product we sell, as long as it does not infringe on dealer contracts. Our price matching policy applies only to products of the same size, color, and model year. If you find the price for less than what we are selling for, send us an email with a link to the product at hello@nocoutfitters.com or call us directly at 828.488.7230 and we will work with you to get the product for the best price.

 

DISCOUNTS

Club Discounts apply only if we have a current club membership list on hand to confirm your active status. Please ask your club leadership to send us an updated list. Club discounts are not applied to items already on sale.

 

ORDERS / AVAILABILITY

We do our best to stock as many makes, models, sizes, and colors of the kayaks and gear we offer. However, there might be some occasions where the specific item you've ordered is not in stock. If we are out of an item you have ordered, we will contact you with the estimated availability/delivery time, comparable product styles/colors, or refund the full amount of your purchase.
