Built like a dry top, the Short Sleeve Rival Paddling Jacket offers semi-dry performance with all-day comfort. Neoprene neck and arm seals keep water out without the squeeze of latex, while the lightweight 2.5-layer polyester fabric sheds water, dries fast, and breathes easily. The articulated cut allows unrestricted movement, and the inner tunnel pairs perfectly with a spray skirt for added dryness.
